I didn’t set out to become a spiritual teacher. Life had other plans.
From an early age, I was drawn to questions that wouldn’t let go: Why are we here? What happens when we die? Is there more to this life than meets the eye? While my peers were focused on fitting in, I was pulled toward something deeper—something unseen yet undeniable.
At eleven, I experienced my first spiritual awakening, introducing me to my Inner Teacher—a wise, guiding presence that’s been with me ever since. That event shaped the path I would walk for the rest of my life.
The questions I carried led me on a winding journey across continents and traditions. I would eventually spend several years, on and off, high on a mountaintop in India with an enlightened master whose teachings were anything but conventional. He used laughter, challenge, and paradox to strip away illusions. He shattered my assumptions and helped me see that true spirituality isn’t about escaping life. It’s about stepping fully into it.
What emerged from these experiences is a unique approach that blends Eastern depth with Western practicality—spirituality rooted in real life.
My Approach
Over decades of teaching and working with people from all walks of life, I’ve developed a clear, grounded approach that cuts through the noise. No platitudes. No elegant theories that fall apart when life gets messy.
My work is about helping you reconnect with your own Inner Knowing—that deep, intuitive wisdom we all carry but often lose touch with. I offer practical tools, direct seeing, and simple practices to help strip away the mental clutter so you can hear what’s already there.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.
What I Offer
People often find me when they’re tired of spiritual concepts that sound beautiful but don’t translate to real change. Through my classes and writing, I help you return to the part of you that already knows the way.
Over the years, I’ve worked with CEOs, creatives, parents, professionals, and spiritual seekers from all backgrounds. Whether in workshops, retreats, or online programs, the goal is always the same: to help you experience a profound shift in how you see yourself and your world.
A Note About Private Sessions
Many people ask if I offer one-on-one sessions. I once did, but I’ve intentionally stepped away from them. While individual guidance can feel supportive at first, it often creates a pattern of over-reliance on external teachers.
And that runs counter to what I teach.
True freedom can only come when you realize the guidance you’re seeking is already within you. My role is to help you uncover that, learn to trust it, and live from it.
I don’t seek followers— if you follow me, you’ll arrive at my destination, not yours. I seek to help awaken fellow seekers. My deepest commitment is to help you trust your own Inner Knowing rather than depend on anyone else’s guidance, including mine.
That’s why I’ve intentionally structured my work through group experiences, writings, and teachings that offer tools and insights while encouraging you to turn inward. This approach may not offer the instant comfort of personal advice, but it provides something far more valuable: genuine spiritual autonomy that functions in every aspect of your life.
The Heart of My Teaching
At its core, my teaching is about transformation that lasts. I help people break free from limiting beliefs, reconnect with their own spiritual and intuitive gifts, and build a practice that grows with them.
This isn’t about chasing temporary highs or collecting the next “aha” moment. The point is to cultivate a steady, sustainable relationship with your deepest self that supports you through real life, not apart from it.
My focus is on bridging timeless spiritual truths with the everyday realities we all face. The result is a unique combination of clarity, accessibility, and real-life application that transforms how you experience your life, relationships, and purpose.
And Beyond That…
When I’m not teaching or writing, you’ll find me outside with my dogs, in the garden with dirt under my nails, or gazing up at the night sky, wondering at its mystery. I believe that how we live is as important as what we hold true. And that the most profound spiritual truths often arrive in the simplest, most ordinary moments.
That’s what I hope to offer you: a way of seeing that turns the ordinary into the extraordinary.
