The power went off at around midnight last night. My first thought was how beautiful the total darkness was. My second thought was that Cait was still downstairs with a visiting friend.
So I got the flashlight out of my nightstand and headed downstairs to pull out some lanterns for them.
I saw a bright light coming around the corner, heading up the stairs at the same time. It was Cait. She was using a flashlight app on her phone.
Is there anything kids don’t use their phones for? I know, dumb question.
So true! So weird to compare how we grew up and how our kids grew up. Can’t believe I had to remember telephone numbers!
Or how about using real maps instead of gps! Would make for a funny book. : )
